Since childhood, I have been interested in technology, and in 2017, I decided to study it further by majoring in software engineering at a vocational school. During my vocational school years, I faced various challenges and was lucky to get through those times. After graduating, for the first time, I was paid professionally for the skills I developed and worked at a startup company.
After 4 years of working at a startup, I realized that technology is developing very quickly, and to stay relevant, I have to keep learning. I deepened my understanding not only in programming, but also more complex system architecture, cybersecurity, and project management.
On the other hand, I already have several portfolios of projects that I and my team have completed that solve real problems in society. Together with my team, I have succeeded in developing projects such as Jwalbli, a local e-commerce platform, and Serebu, an educational crowdfunding system that allows students to pay school fees with small donations. I am also involved in the Desa Idaman project, which supports the digitalization of village administration, as well as various other technology projects.
This experience has fostered my passion to continue working in the world of technology, creating solutions that are beneficial to society, and broadening my horizons and skills. I believe that technology has the power to change lives, and I am committed to being a part of that positive change.
One thing that I have always held fast to until now is that work is not about who is the smartest, but about who can be loyal and work together as a team player. With that, I believe that capability and capacity will increase hand in hand.
